2nd Course- Saucy Brew Works “B3” aged in Fait Main barrels
Citrus Brine Pork Tenderloin, Yukon and Brie Gratin, House Mustard
3rd Course- Elijah Craig Bourbon
“Bangers & Mash” foie gras banger, potato chards, mostarda
4th Course- Saucy Brew Works “Stout Drink You” aged in Elijah Craig Barrels
